Please RSVP no later than July 22nd.
If you do not RSVP by July 22nd, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).
Your will definitely be missed! If you are unable to attend, please indication "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Maddy (507-412-9978) as soon as you are aware.
Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We love and adore your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Please take this night as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with your partner! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and button down dirt with tie. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white!
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, grab a welcoming cocktail, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!
Our wedding be place in a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
Yes! There is parking available at the venue but unfortunately vehicles cannot be left overnight.
We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!
Yes! There will be a beer/seltzer/mixed drink bar. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartender(s)!
Our venue is located in Scandia, MN. We will have a hotel block in Stillwater at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. This is about 23 minutes from our venue and will have a shuttle going to and from all day/evening. There are also a few more hotels listed under the Travel category of our website if you are looking for something closer. Please note that the shuttle will only be traveling to the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Stillwater.
