Please arrive no later than 5:15 to be sure we can start the ceremony at 5:30. Please be mindful of Nashville traffic and check Ubers or Maps ahead of time to be sure you’re leaving at an appropriate time!
Cocktail attire. Ladies, think floor length dresses, midi length dresses, or jumpsuits! Men can wear long sleeve dress shirts and pants, jackets optional.
We ask that the ceremony be “unplugged”, meaning that once the ceremony begins, all phones and cameras be put away. We would love for you to be fully present with us during these special moments, and let the photographers capture the pictures! Following the ceremony, please take all the pictures and videos you’d like!
Yes! The venue allows for plenty of parking space if you plan to drive. If you need to leave a car at the venue overnight, you can!
There will be transportation available FROM the venue back to the Hyatt Place at Green Hills 3 separate times (9, 10, 11). Once the 11 pm shuttle drops people at the hotel, it will also go to Broadway for those that want to keep the party going! Uber, lyft, and taxis are also easily accessible in Nashville! We suggest scheduling your ubers ahead of time to avoid long wait times.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. These events will be followed by dinner under a tent (heaters will be provided if necessary) and dancing indoors!
We love your littles, but due to venue space, are unable to accommodate those under 21. We encourage you to use this evening as a parents night out!
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
