What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal attire. For ladies, this could include a spring-colored, floor-length dress, or classy top and skirt. For men, this could include a full suit or sport coat with nice pants. When deciding on an outfit, keep in mind that both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors, with a porch and large backyard at the reception venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your formal invitation will take you to the RSVP section of our website, where other invited members of your party will be specified.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to start.

Will dinner be provided at the reception?

Answer

Of course! Our amazing caterer, Pizza Grocery, will serve a buffet-style selection of pastas, bread, and salads. We will also provide wine, beer, and champagne at the start of cocktail hour and into the rest of the night.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

You are more than welcome to! If you do bring your child/children, we will offer childcare for them during the ceremony. Two lovely members of Chewalla Baptist Church will be happy to care for your little one(s) if you would like to use that option.

Am I allowed to take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all guests put their phones away. We want everyone to be in the present moment for this special time.
