It all started with a chance and a smile on Halloween night. Our first date was a mix of nerves and novelty. On that fall night, we drove for hours laughing, drinking energy drinks, and getting to know one another. Whether it was the crisp October air or a little Halloween enchantment, something truly special began that night. We bonded over our shared love of animals and our mutual affection for everything Christmas. It wasn’t long before we were sharing pickles and punchlines—because apparently, love tastes a little tangy. From our first date, spent endlessly driving under city lights, to our first adventure in Aspen, every moment has been a chapter in the most incredible story we’ve ever lived. After nearly a year of laughter, growth, and our first deployment, which showed us what truly matters, we chose each other, officially and forever. On August 31, 2025, Austin popped the question after what can only be described as a wild and unforgettable trail ride. The day was packed with twists, turns, and more than a few bumps in the road—but somehow, Austin turned a chaotic adventure into the beginning of our greatest one yet. What started with laughter and a little mayhem ended in a moment we’ll cherish forever. Now, we’re counting down the days until we say “I do” surrounded by the people we love most.
