ten years in the making

Austin and Lexus knew each other as classmates in middle school, and soon became best friends the summer before freshman year. Neither of them would admit their crushes for each other, because neither of them wanted to lose their amazing friendship. Soon the day came where they held hands for the first time, and he asked her to be his girlfriend...Fun fact...She said no! She told him that she didn't want to lose their friendship, and he asked me why that would ever happen. She said "We are only 14, what if we don't stay together?" And he said "Well, what if we do? How amazing will that be?" And that was it. Now, 10 years later they will be tying the knot as best friends and lifelong partners.
