We met at a full moon party at Le Sol House in Dallas, TX summer of 2021. Lexi noticed Austin on Instagram and followed him, thinking she might attend one of his yoga classes sometime. Austin followed her back. Weeks later, the fated tale of their meeting unfolded. Lexi recognized him in the drink line at the party, tapped him on the shoulder, and introduced herself. Then their story began. From night one, they chatted endlessly. Lexi wondered if she found her new bff or if this would turn into something more. Austin was falling and planning their first date within the week of meeting. After their first date, yoga class, and first cold plunge together, Lexi went to visit family for 2 weeks. They chatted non-stop. Austin picked Lexi up from the airport with 2 pints of ice cream (both her favs, Jeni's + Ben & Jerry's) and a bouquet of yellow & pink roses, then asked Lexi to be his girlfriend. She said yes, of course. Fast forward, they move in together, and Lexi's long-haired dachshund, Henry, gains a dad! Lexi & Austin got engaged in 2022, then embarked on a career shift, teaching yoga together in Dallas and working as a team, providing social media management and marketing. This year, Austin is teaching Lexi how to roller skate and is really excited to finally wear a ring on his left finger, too!
