Ole's Shuttles will be providing complementary rides to and from your hotel/resort and Camp Foley. **Shuttle Service TO the Ceremony will depart at 3:00pm sharp. Shuttles will arrive prior to 3:00pm to ensure a proper departure time from each hotel/resort. ***Return Shuttle after Reception: (2) Return shuttle times will be provided at 9:30pm and 11:00pm to each listed accommodations listed below.
Short answer-variable! The day can be sunny and crisp or wet and rainy, perhaps even both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors! Of course as it gets closer we can get a better glimpse at the conditions. Plan on bringing a light jacket and perhaps an umbrella to be prepared for anything!
As much as we love kids, we are going to have an adult only celebration. Enjoy the night off and let loose!
There is limited parking onsite, and we do encourage to utilize the shuttles provided to and from the hotels! Shuttle schedule will be posted as we get closer to our special day! The shuttles will pick guests up at one of these locations- Heath's Resort, Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites, and AmericInn by Wyndam Pequot Lakes/Jenkins. A ride will be provided to Camp Foley before the wedding and back to the hotel after.
Cocktail casual attire. Recommending wearing a flat, comfortable shoe as we will all be walking on grass and uneven ground. Besides, much better for the dance floor.
We are not offering cabins as lodging for our event. As cool as it would be, I can assure you as an adult you'll be more comfortable in an adult sized bed :)
For our planning, we would love to have your RSVP in by August 15th! However, our room blocks at Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites and at the AmericInn by Wyndam Pequot Lakes/Jenkins expire 7/28 so if you are planning on needing a place to stay grab a room ASAP!
We keep saying that your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish to give something in addition we are registered through Zola and at Menards.
