Hotel
You are not required to reserve a room at the Sheraton or use the Peters/Sturdivant Room block to attend the Wedding/Reception. You may choose to use points, reserve at other hotels on the island, or use a vacation rental, however you decide, we encourage you to reserve early! This is spring break travel time and reservations will be limited. We also encourage you to confirm your airline flights and car rental sooner rather than later for the same reason. Travel Note
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Sheraton from 3/19/2025 to 3/24/2025 at a special group rate! Use the link attached to access :) If you need dates outside of this range, please contact the hotel, they may extend the group rate for you. Important Note: Room reservations must be confirmed no later than January 15th, 2025 - after that time the room rate will no longer be available. Room info: Two room types are held in our block: 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds - if you need connecting rooms or additional room features please contact the Sheraton directly so they can work with you. Hotel room rates are for subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.962%) Maximum room occupancy is four people Charges for an additional person is $70.00 per person per night, except there is no additional charge for children under 18 years old.
Travel Note
The Sheraton Kauai Resort does have a daily resort fee of $40.00 plus tax per room per night which includes: One (1) bottle of water, replenished daily Complimentary daily self-parking for one vehicle, Valet parking for night of arrival and $30.00 plus tax per additional night thereafter, Fitness center, In-Room WIFI, Complimentary local, toll free and credit card calls, Daily cultural arts and crafts Items such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, and umbrellas will be available to rent through the Beach Activities team and are not included in the resort fee.
