Hailey and Kelsey have been best friends since the 6th grade. They have stayed connected over the years and Kelsey served as Hailey’s Maid of Honor back in 2018.
Eric Higgins
Best Man
Eric and Austin go WAY back to when Eric was Austin’s brother Alex’s childhood best friend. In recent years they have developed their own friendship as adults and in addition to being a true friend, Eric also serves in memory of Alex who would have been Austin’s best man.
Nora Hogg
Bridesmaid
Nora and Kelsey were roommates in college and have stayed close in all the years that followed through bean dip, video games, and tik toks. Kelsey served as a bridesmaid in Nora’s wedding back in 2020.
Barron Maskew
Groomsman
Barron & Austin became friends back in 2017 when they performed together at Busch Gardens doing “Mix it Up!” a brass show. Both alumni of Carolina Crown, they continue to stay connected through band and a love of hiking/camping.
Avery Kopp
Bridesmaid
While Avery is Austin’s sister, she and Kelsey have developed their own friendship based on a shared love of books, Renaissance Faires and true 90’s kid stuff.
Tim Hogg
Groomsman
Austin and Tim first met at Tim and Nora’s (bridesmaid) wedding in 2020. This was the first wedding Austin & Kelsey went to together and Austin somehow ended up hanging out with the groomsmen getting ready before the wedding and a friendship was struck based on cocktails, obscure pop culture, and off-color humor.
Emily Boyce
Bridesmaid
Emily and Kelsey started working together back in 2017. When Kelsey interviewed Emily, her boss joked that they looked like they were ready to braid each other’s hair by the end of the interview. That friendship has continued to grow in the years that followed and Emily and Kelsey have stayed connected across moves and job changes.
