Thank You

It is not lost on us that maybe a total of four of our guests live in the state of Massachusetts, so in order to celebrate with us everyone will need to travel to get there! We hope these details are helpful in your planning and help make your trip as smooth as possible. We cannot thank each and everyone of you enough for making the effort to be with us in person - it truly means everything to us both.

Shuttle

Transportation to and from the Wedding

June 12, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Before the Wedding: Buses will depart promptly at 3:30 PM from Hyannis Harbor Hotel to transport guests to the venue. After the Reception: Buses will provide transportation to both the after party and back to Hyannis Harbor Hotel following the reception. Shuttle service will continue between the after party and the hotel until 11:45 PM.

Flight

Boston Logan International, Rhode Island T.F. Green International or Cape Cod Gateway Airport

The closest major airports are Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and T.F. Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, RI. Boston typically offers more flight options and international service, while Providence is smaller and easier to navigate. Both airports are about 1.5 to 2 hours from Cape Cod by car, depending on traffic. For those looking to get even closer, you can explore connecting flights to Cape Cod Gateway Airport, which gets you directly into Hyannis.

Rental Car

Turo or Airport Rental Cars

Once you arrive, we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility (we usually always get a Turo!). Cape Cod is about 1.5 to 2 hours from Boston and about 1.5 hours from Providence, depending on traffic. All major rental car companies and Turo are available from the airports. Be sure to check for weekend traffic over the Bourne and Sagamore bridges — leaving a little extra time is a good idea!

Hyannis Harbor Hotel

We have secured three hotel blocks in Hyannis, which is about 15 minutes from the venue, but has much more lodging to offer than Mashpee. If you're not interested in one of the three hotels, we highly recommend checking out some of the local bed and breakfasts, inns and Airbnb homes.

Airbnb or Vrbo Rentals

For guests looking to stay together or enjoy more space, there are plenty of great Airbnb and VRBO options available. The wedding will take place in Mashpee, so we recommend looking for rentals in Mashpee or nearby in Hyannis, which typically has the widest selection of rentals available (or other nearby surrounding towns).
