No specific dress code, this is more of a casual gathering, so whatever you’d normally wear to a nice dinner or night out is perfect.
Located at the Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, this will be a relaxed, open house style Welcome Drinks. Feel free to stop by anytime between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. We’ll be wrapping up promptly at 7:30, so we recommend arriving earlier if you’d like more time to mingle and grab a drink with us! We know many of you will be traveling that day, so we hope this gives you the flexibility to get settled, stop by for a drink, say hello, and then feel free to head out to dinner or enjoy the evening however you’d like.

Shuttle to Ceremony

Parking at The Wedding Tree is extremely limited, if available at all. To keep things stress free, we will provide a shuttle to and from the ceremony and back to downtown Jackson, where we will continue the celebration. We want you to be able to relax, enjoy, and have fun. Shuttle Pick Up: Jackson Town Square Directly across from the entrance to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar Please arrive by 12:00 PM at the very latest. Need anything day of, including help finding the shuttle? Please contact Maddie Rauh at 775-842-0738. Additional notes: - There are no bathrooms at the ceremony site, so please use the restroom before boarding the shuttle. - Please eat a good, hearty breakfast. We will have snacks and drinks on the shuttle, but a full meal will not be until the afternoon. - Driving is optional but highly discouraged, The Wedding Tree is a public space with unpredictable parking. If you drive, please allow extra time and check the driving distance in advance.
Ceremony

Our celebration will be relaxed, outdoors, and very Jackson. Think western and mountain-inspired looks that are comfortable and thoughtfully dressed up. Ladies, dresses are perfect. There’s a short 5 minute walk to The Wedding Tree, so choose shoes accordingly, and you may want a light jacket for the mountain weather.
The ceremony will take place in Bridger Teton National Forest at the well known spot called The Wedding Tree, a scenic overlook with beautiful Teton views. After getting off the shuttle, there will be a short trail walk to the ceremony site, and someone will be there to help guide you. Additional notes: - There are no bathrooms at the ceremony site, so please use the restroom before boarding the shuttle. - There will be no seating at the ceremony, we promise it will be short and sweet. You are welcome to bring a folding chair if you’d like, just please have a plan for what you will do with it afterward. - Please eat a good, hearty breakfast. We will have snacks and drinks on the shuttle, but a full meal will not be until the afternoon. We'd love to get a group photo with everyone prior to leaving!
Celebration

After the ceremony, we’ll head back to Downtown Jackson for a relaxed night of food, drinks, dancing, and fun to keep the celebration going. All guests are welcome to join us as we see where the night takes us! Once we grab a bite, we’ll make our way to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar and other places around town to keep the party going. Drinks (or extra snacks) are on you , good vibes are on (all) of us. We’d love for you to join!

Jackson Hole Rodeo

Saturday evening we’ll be heading to the Jackson Hole Rodeo! Tickets do sell out, so please purchase ASAP if you’d like to join us. We got Open General Admission tickets and plan to arrive early to do our best to find seats together (or close!). *** Please be aware!! Tickets must be purchased directly from their website. They do not accept third-party tickets and entry will be denied. *** Ticket Website: https://jhrodeo.com/tickets/ Schedule We’ll find a spot for food and drinks beforehand (location and time TBD). Feel free to join us or do your own thing and then meet us at the rodeo. Gates open: 6:30 PM Rodeo starts: 8:00 PM Ends: around 9:30–10:00 PM Good to Know • Arrive around 7:15 PM to beat lines and grab seats • Bring printed or mobile tickets and go straight to the gate • No outside food or drinks (concessions + beer available) • No backpacks, coolers, dogs, or lawn chairs • Small seat cushions and blankets are okay • Rain or shine 🤠
