When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is July 31.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We suggest a suit or dress shirt with tie, a midi- or knee-length dress, or dressy separates

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With the exception of immediate family, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A bus will be leaving the SpringHill Suites at 3:50pm for our ceremony and departing from the venue at 10pm. Our venue also has plenty of parking available if you plan to drive to the event.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be having our ceremony outside. Please be sure to check the weather forecast and bring a shawl or jacket if necessary. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let Karen or Austin know in advance so we can alert our venue. We also recommend alerting your server during dinner at the reception.

Will either of you be changing your last names?

Answer

Nope! We'll still be Karen Bradley and Austin Poon.
