If you're traveling in from out of town there are two main airports you can fly into. Boston Logan which is a two and half hour drive from Hanover or Manchester-Boston Regional Airport which is a little over an hour drive from Hanover.
We recommend renting a car at the airport. There will be places to park at the venue and it will be much easier to get around with a car. Ride share options, such as Uber or Lyft are non-existent in the Upper Valley.
If you are unable to rent a car you will need to fly into Boston Logan and take the Dartmouth Coach (a bus service) to Hanover where someone can pick you up and bring you to the venue.
The Autumn is leaf peeping season in New England which is a popular time for tourist, we recommend booking flights and rental cars asap. The evenings of the 8th & 9th most of you will be staying in cabins at the venue or at the Lake Morey Resort, if you plan on being in the area for longer we've listed a few hotels below that you could stay at.

Boston is the biggest international airport near us. If you are flying into Boston you can either take the Dartmouth Coach bus into Hanover, NH or rent a car and drive. Boston is about a 2.5 hour drive from the venue.
