Where will the wedding ceremony be located?

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided for transport to and from the wedding. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at Purgatory Resort and Cascade Village. The shuttle will run on an hourly basis. If you are not staying at Purgatory resort or Cascade Village please commute to one of the two locations as there is very minimal parking near the wedding location.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There is very minimal parking near the ceremony location. We recommend parking at Purgatory Resort or Cascade Village to get picked up by the shuttle service. See above or the "Travel" page for more information on the shuttle services.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we would love your little ones to be there, the location is not entirely kid friendly. Let our wedding be your night off and enjoy some time without the kiddos!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Casual. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in but keep in mind that the location is outside on dirt/gravel.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we can never predict the weather, September in Durango is usually in the mid 70s. However, due to the elevation up the mountain it will be much cooler than downtown Durango. There will be heaters but we recommend bringing a jacket for after sunset.
