Head East on HWY 50 out of Sacramento. Continue East on HWY 50 towards South Lake Tahoe. Take exit 37 onto Ponderosa Rd. Turn left onto South Shingle Rd. 1/4 mile later turn right onto North Shingle Rd. Continue on North Shingle Road for 8 miles. Turn right onto Gold Hill Road for approximately 2 miles and you will arrive at the venue on your left.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

The ceremony and reception are both at Serene Ranch in Placerville. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, will be held outdoors (weather permitting.) Followed by dancing inside the barn.

What do we wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! It is an outdoor wedding. There's dirt, gravel, and some grass, so ladies, plan accordingly with what you feel comfortable in!

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults only event. Thank you!

Parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue! Parking is located on the property. It is on the right side of the venue in the grassy area. If needed, cars can also pull right up to the entrance for handicap accessibility or if you have trouble walking on uneven ground.
