Is the ceremony & reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

INDOORS, it is hot in August! The bride and groom would like to prevent everyone from getting heat stroke!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our guests we are requesting that they follow a semi-formal or dressy casual dress code. Think midi dresses, a chic jumpsuit or wrap dress for women. For men think collared shirts, sport jackets, slacks or starched jeans.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure you have time to park and find your seat before the scheduled ceremony time.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Absolutely! If you intend to bring a child that is somehow forgotten on your invitation, please just let the bride know by the RSVP cut off (July 19th).

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, beer and wine will be provided during the reception. Outside alcohol is not permitted by the venue.

Can I contact the bride and groom?

Answer

Yes you can contact the Jana at (940) 389 - 7244 and Austin at (325) 669 - 1242. Please do NOT contact the bride and groom the week of the wedding. At that time please contact the Best Man or the Co-Maids of Honor, their information can be found on the Wedding Parties page.
