FAQs

The Wedding Website of Holly Brasfield and Austin Wheatley
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Wear your best semi-formal attire. Please no jeans/denim. The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather dependent. Dress warm!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to extend the invitation to your little ones. Unfortunately, due to reaching our maximum amount within our wedding package we sadly can’t extend our budget to add them to our guest list, with the exception of our nieces and nephews. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025 by using the QR code on your invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed by us both! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is free on-site parking for all of our guests. You can keep your car there over night if needed, your car will just need to be moved by 10:00am the following morning.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free meal options?

Answer

Please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate for any dietary needs.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos once the ceremony is over.

For all the days along the way
