Flight

MXP - Milano Malpensa

This is the best place to fly into, and between Milan and Rome, Milan is cheaper. You could also fly into Verona if it is easier for you to get there. If you've never travelled overseas, we highly recommend splitting your trip and taking the daily Emirates flight (EK 206) to Milano Malpensa (MXP) from New York JFK (it is not as expensive as you think!). Other flights we recommend are United UA 19: EWR to MXP and Delta DL 184: JFK to MXP If you're unsure of which flights, routes, airports to fly into - give us a call! We've done it once or twice ;) Make sure to always browse flights in incognito to avoid raising prices :)

Getting Around

Unfortunately, UBER/LYFT have not made it to Italy yet. There are regular cabs and you'll have to hail them the old school way. If you're planning on bigger trips outside of Verona, renting a car is probably the best option (don't forget they're all stick shifts).

Verona is a small city, easily walkable, and you are welcome to look for places anywhere downtown. You won't need a car if you're in the city (public transportation is really good and distances are very small).
