FAQs

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding events are all exclusively for adults only. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To complement the elegance and excitement of the evening and it being New Years Eve, our wedding dress code is black tie optional. For men, this means a tux or a dark suit and tie is acceptable, while for women, it can be a floor-length gown, or a formal cocktail dress! Thank you for understanding.

Question

The wedding is on New Years Eve so are we going until midnight?

Answer

YES! We want to ring in the New Year with all of our close family and friends. While we understand that not everyone will want to stay out until midnight, we welcome everyone to join us in for the final countdown with a champagne toast!

Question

Do we have to stay at the host hotel?

Answer

No you do not. There are plenty of hotels in the area as well as Airbnb's. The only hotel that we have a discount at is the Sheraton Hotel and Marina. Please be sure to book directly through the link or call and ask to book under the Navarra-Sterba Wedding party.

Question

Is there a shuttle from the host hotel to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not a shuttle to and from the venue. It is less than a mile away from the host hotel so it would be a quick uber ride. There is a large parking lot at the venue that guests are welcome to park in but we ask that anyone driving to and from the wedding to drink responsibly. No cars can be left overnight at the venue.

Question

What time should I be seated for the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the sun setting early in December we are asking all guests to arrive at 4:45pm so we can promptly start the ceremony. The service will be joyful, romantic, yet expeditious.
