Our venue is entirely outdoors with plenty of space for distancing. We also understand if you are uncomfortable attending given the risk of travel and/or exposure. An update may be sent out prior to the event to inform you of any precautions or restrictions you should be prepared for. For now, please plan to bring a mask for yourself and others in your party.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear long or short dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit with or without tie or button up shirt and slacks.
Although we have arranged for heaters, it gets cold at night in the canyon at this time of year. We suggest coming prepared with a warm coat or jacket. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We have a strict guest list to keep numbers down and guests safe given the current pandemic.
There is no self-parking available at our venue. Complimentary valet will be provided.
We will not be providing transportation for guests to/from the venue. Please plan for your transportation needs. Note: There will be an open bar. Please plan for a safe and sober ride home.
The ceremony begins promptly at 3p. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow for parking, walking, and seating.
Dinner will be served as a buffet and there will be some options available to fit most dietary restrictions, but please know there will not be an entire meal option for any specific diet.
Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures to their social media. Please tag your photos with our wedding hashtag #officiallyRAMOS so we can see them, too!
