What is the hotel block information?

We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Sonesta Select Detroit, Auburn Hills, with rooms available on July 25 and July 26. Will transportation be available to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes, complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Schedule information will be provided soon.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes, you are welcome to leave your car at the venue.

Where do I go when I enter the park?
Answer
Please park at the Environmental Discovery Center. It's the first parking lot on the left-hand side, though it's quite a ways into the park. There are signs inside to help you navigate. Our ceremony will be held outdoors next to the Discovery Center, and our reception will take place inside. Do I have to pay to get in to the park?
Answer
No, park admission is complimentary for our guests. Let the gate staff know that you are attending our wedding upon entry.
Question
Is the ceremony space accessible for those with mobility needs?
Answer
Yes. A golf cart will be provided by the venue to take those with mobility needs to and from the ceremony area. There is also a ramp from the Environmental Discovery Center parking lot to the building's entrance. The reception will be held inside the Environmental Discovery Center. The ceremony space is outdoors, down an incline from the parking lot. There is a gravel path to and from the seating area.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal but comfortable. Dresses, formal pants or shorts, and dress shoes or sandals. Jackets and ties are optional, as it will probably be hot. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Please no jeans or athletic wear.

What food options will be available?
Answer
Appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner including a vegan entree. Our open bar will serve beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
