Garden Attire - Outfits that are dressy but also comfortable and appropriate for an outdoor setting. Think of it as a step up from casual but not quite formal.
In order to ensure that we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send any pictures upon request! During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
Due to the limited capacity of our venue and planning required for food, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you will understand!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 Pm. We ask that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before!
The ceremony will be held in a grass area, however there is access for a car to pull right up to the seats if needed. The reception will be on a cement surface, connected directly to the parking lot.
The venue has a large parking lot available right next to the ceremony site. Any that are staying at the nearby hotel will also have access to the Lost Hill Lake Shuttle to get back and forth as needed.
All of the food available will be gluten-free, and there will be dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available as well!
We will provide an open bar up to a certain time in the reception, after which a Cash Bar will be available. We will also have non-alcoholic options available.
