Where do I park?

Valet parking will be complimentary on site! The Willow Ballroom will park your car for you upon arrival, so make sure to bring with you everything you think you’ll need for the day. As always, carpooling is recommended, as parking is limited.

What do I wear?

Recommended attire is semi-formal. We’d love to see you all in your wedding best! Although we understand it’s not everyone’s style, feel free to wear what you feel most comfortable in.

Yes! The Willow Ballroom is ADA accessible.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be located indoors, in a climate controlled building.

What time should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony is expected to start promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to arrive 15-30minutes beforehand. Please account for any weekend/holiday traffic, as well as the time it takes to check in with the on site valet.
