Ask for the Beneda Crabtree Wedding block. The hotel will release any unreserved rooms for sale to the general public without any penalty to the group or its attendees on the room block cut-off date. Room block cut-off date is 03/29/2021. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on space or rate available basis. Reservation Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a Late Cancel/No Show Fee. Reservations will be made and paid for individually by your attendees. Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 12:00pm.
