Once upon a time, in Pompano Beach, Florida.. a boy met a girl originally from Orange County, California .. through Match.com. Yes, it is true.. we are yet another love story success thanks to the modern advances of our ever social and technological era, which is so very helpful to those extremely "picky" soul-mate searchers. We started off writing and talking to each other for several weeks before meeting up. On September 29, 2013, we met up for our first date at JB's restaurant in Deerfield Beach. One could say the date went well because what was meant to be just lunch turned into dinner as well, our first date was 8 hours long! We had so much to talk about, it felt life we were old friends because we had so much in common!

From the beginning we realized that many of our beliefs and goals in life were similar. Over time, our friendship developed into respect and a love for each other. Our mutual love for the outdoors and the ocean have taken us on countless kayaking, boating, and bicycles rides. Our love for the church and community has enabled us to participate in charities, fund raisers and mission trips. Most recently our high value of family and home life has brought us through an entire home renovation and the adventures of raising our beautiful children the Lord has brought in our lives. Not to mention our love for traveling and adventures has taken us from New York to Costa Rica and through all parts of California including Lake Tahoe (let's not forget Pebble Beach, Austin's favorite). Our faith in God has sustained us through broken limbs, cancer, and our own relationship ups and downs. We can honestly say it's made us incredibly stronger than we've ever been before! Becoming best friends, there's no one else in the universe that we would rather spend the rest of our lives with than each other!

We are super excited to be sharing this special day with our loved ones and celebrating our love for each other! "When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
