JAX airport is about a 40 minute drive from Atlantic Beach. We suggest Uber/Lyft to get from the airport to the beach.

We heavily rely on Uber/Lyft when we are visiting Jacksonville. The furthest car ride you will have to take is to/from the airport. Once you're at the beaches, it is very laid back and walkable, and of course Uber/Lyft will be available when necessary.

Atlantic Beach is a quaint, walkable town that contains some of the most well known restaurants and bars in Jacksonville's beaches. We highly advise staying in one of the hotels we have recommended so you can be in the middle of the action and walking distance to the venue.
