Please RSVP by March, 10th 2027. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change! Please let us know as soon as possible. Because we have to submit final headcounts and meal choices to our catering team and venue by our deadline, knowing of any changes immediately helps us immensely with seating charts and logistics. If it's before the RSVP deadline: You can easily update your RSVP status directly through our wedding website, or just send us a quick text to let us know. If it's a last-minute emergency: If you find out you can't attend within a week of the wedding, please reach out to our Wedding Coordinator or a member of the wedding party rather than messaging us directly, as we may be away from our phones finalizing details. We will miss you celebrating with us, but we truly appreciate you letting us know!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at (TBD). To avoid disruptions, late arrivals will be asked to wait outside the ceremony space and join us afterward for the reception. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive 30 minutes early to settle in! This is a spacious property, so please allow yourself some extra time for navigating and parking. Thanks!
There is a “Registry” tab on our wedding website, however we noticed not all items are showing so here is the link to our Amazon registry. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/AustinandCallista
Both the wedding and the reception will take place at the same venue. The Ceremony will be held all outside, with the couple meeting at the end the the lawn over looking the Snake River. The Reception will be held in the same area, with the dance floor taking place on the deck. Please planning accordingly for any sudden weather changes.
While we don’t have a designated block of rooms, you won't have any trouble finding a great place to stay during your visit. There is an abundance of hotels and vacation rentals (like Airbnb) roughly 30 mins from the venue. We recommend choosing hotels and airbnbs in Nampa and Caldwell as they are the closer areas to the venue. For the hotel lovers: Check out the hotels in the Nampa area for easy access to restaurants and shopping. For groups: There are some beautiful local Airbnb properties if you're looking to split a house with friends or family.
Yes, however its only limited to those who have RVs they intend to bring. Please contact the couple for further details, if you are thinking about staying in an RV the night of the wedding.
Yes, the venue has wheelchair accessibility on the property.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available right at the venue if you choose to drive. We want you to let loose and have a great time, but getting home safely is the top priority! We are not providing group transportation, so please plan accordingly. If you know you'll be drinking, please coordinate a carpool with a designated driver. Please note: Vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue (unless you are staying there in an RV), so planning your ride in advance is highly recommended!
We would love to celebrate with all of your little ones, but due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate children who have been explicitly named on the invitation or arranged with us ahead of time. We hope you understand, and that this gives you an opportunity to enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!
Due to venue capacity and budget constraints, we are only able to accommodate the guests explicitly listed on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest," then yes, absolutely! Otherwise, we look forward to celebrating with just you. Thank you for understanding!
Should you have special dietary needs, be sure to make us aware during your RSVP so that we can ensure the venue will be able to accommodate them in advance.
Yes, guests should plan to adhere to a Sunday best/Spring attire dress code. Ladies: please refrain from wearing stilettos as you will be walking in grass. This is an all outdoor ceremony and reception. The couple will do their best to accommodate the weather with fans or blankets etc., as needed but guests should plan to dress to be outside for the duration of the event.
The bride and groom are having an unplugged ceremony and would prefer that all guests keep their phones on silent and in their pockets during the ceremony.
