Is my child invited?

Answer

As you know, we love kids! Children in the immediate family of the bride and groom will be attending; However, due to limited capacity at our venue not all children can. If your child's name is not listed on the invitation we ask that you call the babysitter and bring your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Due to limited capacity at the venue we ask that only those whose name are on the invitations attend.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that you be fully present and keep phones put away and on silent. We have arranged for very skilled photographers to capture every moment and want to avoid phones ruining their shots. We will be happy to share professional photos with you after the wedding. During the reception you are welcome to capture pictures of your own, though we ask that you be mindful of the professional photographers and stay clear of their photos.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony is set to begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like you to be comfortable. Please wear what ever makes you feel comfortable to dance, but refrain from white. Just remember, you will be in photos!

Should I plan to be outside?

Answer

Our Ceremony is planned to take place outside in a non-shaded grassy area (weather permitting). After the ceremony, we will head inside for a fun filled night.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

No, we actually wish that you do not wear them. Covid has taken so much already and we are hopeful we get to see beautiful smiles in the pictures that will be memories for years to come, not masks.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar. Though the drinks will be free, we ask that you bring cash to tip the bartenders for a job well done.

Is your wedding themed?

Answer

We plan to have a rustic style wedding in a finished barn setting. Our wedding colors are shades of sages, pinks and whites.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No, We cannot offer transportation, though we ask everyone to arrange for a safe ride home.

Who will be catering?

Answer

Rita B Catering will be preparing all of the food, it will be served buffet style.

Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site for free. The parking is limited, so we ask the families avoid driving separate if possible.
