What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is mostly outdoors, aside from an indoor dancefloor and restroom facilities. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, while our reception will take place on a covered stone patio and indoor dance floor. Our venue is home to 23-acres of grassy lawns, mulched paths, and wooded trails. You are invited to explore the grounds during cocktail hour and the reception. Be prepared to wander our coastal garden venue and enjoy an outdoor summertime celebration!

What is parking like?

Answer

There is a large parking lot for guests at our venue. If you opt to drink and uber home (or catch the shuttle to the after party), the venue allows you to leave your car overnight. The venue asks that you pick up your car sometime the next day.

How should I dress?

Answer

We are asking that guests dress in semi-formal attire. This includes floor length or cocktail dresses for women, and suits or nice pants and a suit jacket for men. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, so plan footwear accordingly. We encourage women to wear flats, sandals, wedges or chunk-heels.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us in celebrating our special day. We are unable to accommodate additional guests and truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you, and we can't wait to party with you!

Can my children come?

Answer

While some children will be included in the ceremony, and small babies will be in attendance with their parents, we kindly request that if children are not listed on your invitation, they remain at home for our special day. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Will smoking be allowed?

Answer

Yes, our venue allows smoking on designated areas of the patio!

I noticed you do not have a traditional registry, what if I want to bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you truly wish to gift, we have set up a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional registry. You can donate directly to our fund using the link under the registry tab, or bring your gift to our designated table at the reception. Thank you for your love and support!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! Please join us at Coconut Joe's Bar & Grill from 10PM to 1AM for our after party. A shuttle will leave from the reception at 10PM, and it's just a 10 minute drive to the bar.
