What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie! We kindly ask men to wear black suits/tuxes and women to wear black, floor-length gowns.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:45–5:15 pm so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm. Once the ceremony begins, the doors will be closed and we will be unable to accommodate late entry.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, both will be at Grand Hall Union Station!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything is indoors.

Will transportation or parking be provided?

Answer

Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown offers valet parking only. Overnight valet is typically $45–$65, while daily valet is approximately $38. Please note that vehicles remaining in valet after 3:00 pm may incur an additional $40 charge. All rates are subject to change. For guests who prefer self-parking, the Union Station Garage is located just a 5-minute walk from the venue and is open 24/7, with a maximum daily rate of $18. Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

We will have a cash bar, and guests are welcome to purchase drinks throughout the evening.

A seated dinner will be provided. Guests may choose between our Chicken Tuscany, Salmon Filet, or a vegetarian Pasta Primavera.

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Yes. We kindly ask all guests to keep phones away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. Photos are welcome at the reception!
