Austin and Becci attended Fossil Ridge High School, a year apart. Paths crossed now and then, and they shared many mutual friends. Fast forward to spring 2016 at CSU - Austin and maid of honor, Lacey, reconnected in statistics class, and often studied together in the campus bar, the Ramskeller. Lacey often invited Becci to join their study sessions. Austin eventually offered her a host position at the sushi restaurant he managed - Suehiro Japanese Restaurant. After a few months, Austin trained Becci to serve tables and bartend. At the end of a Tuesday night closing shift, he asked "would you like to try some wine with me?" ...smooth. They were hooked!

Two months into dating, Austin and Becci were very much in love; the budding relationship was going very well. One December day, Becci got a frazzled phone call from groomsman Matt H, that Austin had shattered his kneecap while snowboarding. Between two surgeries, recovery, changing jobs, and finishing the last few months of undergrad, the year that followed that horrendous accident really sealed the deal - Becci and Austin were all in for each other. Seven years have passed, and this has proven true - all in for each other, through thick and thin, taking on life's adventures and challenges side by side.
