Dec 7-9 are the days of all the wedding events. Of course everyone is subject to pick what they want to attend but most people are choosing to come a few days or so before the 7th. We recommend flying into St Thomas. Taxi services are there immediately when you land in St. Thomas. To get across the entire island it only takes about 35 minutes. The days leading up to December 7th, we will be staying on the Sapphire Beach Condominium Resort. This is a group of independently owned condos that are all connected under one roof. This is a very laid back resort with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars near by. Red Hook (where you can hop on a ferry) is a five minute $2 taxi away. Also to note, of course you’re welcome to rent a car but people drive on the left side of the road, so we recommend taking taxi’s. Margarita Ville is also an option nearby by along with other resorts or houses. It’s up to you! You can find bookings for Sapphire Beach on Expedia, Bookings.com, VRBO, google, etc.

This is where we stayed when we visited. It was recommended by many people in st Thomas. It’s right on the beach and they are a bunch of little condos all under one roof. The condos aren’t owned by the same people so some could be nicer/ more or less expensive and sleep more people. We loved it because it has access directly to the water and it’s affordable! It is a 25 min taxi to our venue area just to note.

I’ve heard this is a very cute hotel that’s closer to the venue but what I will say is that it’s inland, and I think most tourist prefer to stay on the beach! That was our tour guide’s recommendation.
