Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We would love to share our big day with everyone.....Unfortunately we have a very limited number of guests due to the venue capacity. Please only bring those listed on the invitation. If there are any questions on this please reach out to us for clarification.

How far is the venue from Downtown Nashville?

Answer

It is approximately 45-50 minutes from Downtown.

Question

Will I be able to Uber to the ceremony and back?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue is not accessible by Uber/Lyft. Please see Travel to learn more about the shuttle option and car rentals.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are registered with Zola, Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Macy's, and Target.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue at 4:45pm. Please see travel for departure time of shuttle if taking advantage of this resource. Please enter the chapel on arrival as we will be finishing up last minute photos around 4:30pm and wish to keep first looks a surprise for all of our guests :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We have 2 parking lots available for the ceremony/reception. Parking attendants will be on site as well.

Is there anything different about this venue that we should know?

Answer

Yes! Our gorgeous venue does have a few rules. Despite some outside areas within the venue they have a strict No smoking or vaping within the facility. All beverages must be served to you by our licensed vendor and no outside alcohol can be brought onto the property.

Will there be a bar/bartender?

Answer

Yes! We will supply wine/beer as well as 2 signature cocktails that we have selected for our special day. Please bring ID as this venue does not serve anyone under the age of 21. The venue is not accessible by Uber/Lyft and the road can be difficult to navigate at night. We ask that you have a transportation plan prior to arrival so that all of our favorite people make it home safely after a fun night!

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at 2 different locations. One being the Marriott at Vanderbilt located on West End in Nashville and the other being significantly closer to venue. Please see travel for all information regarding these 2 room blocks.
