When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden appropriate/country club attire, please. Cocktail dresses, sundresses, jumpsuits for ladies (wedges or flats are suggested as there will be grass only areas). Nice jeans or slacks with dress shirts/sports coats for the gentlemen. Please remember that this is a nice, family friendly event. We are dressing up, so we encourage you to do the same! Please do not arrive wearing jean shorts and t-shirts.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

As much as we would like everyone to bring a plus one, our venue only allows us have a set maximum amount of people, and we both have large families. This makes it difficult for us to have extra guests. All married couples are able to bring their spouse. We have tried to add plus ones for those currently in committed relationships. Please check your online RSVP to confirm who is all invited with you. If you have any further questions regarding dates/plus ones, please reach out to Ashley.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a family friendly event! We have tried to predict how many little ones you will be bringing, but please reach out to Ashley at 406-672-9890 if you plan to bring more than 2 children per family invite.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Ashley at 406-672-9890 if you have an allergy that might be difficult to accommodate. We will plan ahead for common allergies, such as gluten and nuts, to make sure everyone can enjoy something at dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue does have street parking, and the owner will be available to help with parking before the ceremony. However, because there isn't as much parking as we would hope, carpooling may be a great option for most. Please consider using Uber or Lyft if you are planning on drinking at the reception and do not have a designated driver.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have private transportation set up. However, if you do plan to drink at the reception, please consider using Uber or Lyft instead of driving.
