Question
When and where is the wedding ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is Saturday, November 15th, 2025 at 4pm sharp. Please plan to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:50pm. It is located at Plentywoods Venue (275 Madison 5340, Elkins, AR 72727). Follow the Plentywoods signs up the one-way drive to the venue. We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. Arkansas weather can be unpredictable that time of year, so please check the weather closer to November and dress accordingly.

Where is the reception being held?
Answer
The dinner and reception will be inside the large white barn on the same property as the wedding ceremony. The barn is also where the wedding ceremony will be held in case of inclimate weather.

What is the attire for the wedding?
Answer
Guests may wear semi-formal attire or Sunday best. If you'd like to coordinate with the wedding colors, shades of blue and gray are perfect but are absolutely not required. Please refrain from wearing white or off-white outfits to the wedding.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 1st, 2025. The preferred method to RSVP is online at this website (see the RSVP tab for more details), but if you need to, you may also RSVP by contacting the couple.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is parking provided by the venue. Just follow the one-way drive up to the large white barn for drop-off, park in the brown gravel lot to the side, and then walk to the nearby outdoor wedding ceremony area.

Are my children allowed to attend?
Answer
The bride and groom would love for your children to attend! We've included children in the RSVPs. We just ask that young children are kept as quiet as possible during the wedding ceremony. We also ask that young children leave the venue by 8pm to allow for an adult-only reception after that time. Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times and said adult will be responsible for any damages to the property. Pets are not permitted at the venue.

Is alcohol or smoking allowed at the venue?
Answer
Beer and seltzers will be served at the venue by an insured bartender. Please do not bring in outside alcoholic drinks. Smoking and vaping are permitted in the designated smoking area outside the kitchen, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of in the cigarette receptacle. Marijuana is not permitted at the venue.

Can I take pictures on my phone?
Answer
The bride and groom politely ask that guests do NOT use their cellular or photo devices during the wedding ceremony. The photographer they hired will do a great job of capturing the moment! Phones are allowed during the dinner and reception. We just ask that no photos are posted before the bride and groom get a chance. After they make a post, feel free to share your beautiful memories!
Question
If I want to buy a wedding present, how can I?
Answer
Your presence is enough, but if you wanted to honor the couple with a gift, the couple is registered online at Amazon and Zola. Please view the Registry tab on this website to be directed to the registries. Gifts purchased online have the option to be mailed directly to the couple's house. If you'd like to bring presents, cards, or honeymoon funds to the wedding, there will be a gift table set up to gratefully receive those.
