We're getting married!

Anna and Austin first crossed paths in 2020 at a birthday party while Anna was visiting her cousin at Arkansas State University. At the time, Anna was a student at the University of Arkansas, but a chance weekend in Jonesboro changed everything. They struck up a conversation, started laughing together, and something just clicked. After Anna returned home, they kept in touch, and their connection grew quickly. In 2021, Austin asked Anna to be his girlfriend. Even with busy schedules and living in different places, he made every effort to visit and show her he was serious. Anna tried to say she was “too busy,” but Austin wasn’t about to let her slip away. Fast forward to December 2024—Austin planned what Anna thought were just family photos. She had a few suspicions, but when the photographer canceled due to illness, Austin didn’t miss a beat. His calm reaction convinced her it must not be the big moment after all. When the photos were rescheduled, Anna was completely surprised when Austin got down on one knee. To make the day even more special, all of Anna’s family was secretly gathered at his parents’ house—followed by a celebration that night with more than 75 of their closest friends. Now, back home together in central Arkansas, Anna and Austin are enjoying life side by side and looking forward to beginning the next chapter as husband and wife.
