When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 18th as our caterer needs a final head count 1 month prior.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring guests / +1’s not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people who we would love to come. The person / people who are on your invitation will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest / guests. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited.

Is there transportation to hotels from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately there is not. However, there are local taxis that can be used if needed.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest may arrive at 4:00pm at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 4:20pm sharp for a ceremony start at 4:30pm.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors.

Are there any colors the guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you be respectful by avoiding colors traditionally worn by the bride (white, ivory, creams).

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, cars can be left over night and picked up at any time the following day.
