When should I RSVP by?

We would appreciate all RSVP's to be made by March 20th.
Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
Our wedding will not be accommodating children (the exception being nursing or bottle-fed children). Our venue has trails and ravines surrounding it. These trails DO NOT have gates or railings making them dangerous for children. We found it best to keep the kiddos at home to prevent any incidents. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have a hotel blocked?
Answer
We have blocked the Hilton Garden Inn located in Redmond, WA. The hotel is a 30-minute drive North/East of Sea-Tac Airport, a 15-minute drive south of JM cellars, and a 30-minute drive East of Downtown Seattle. There are a variety of rooms to choose from. We recommend booking your room(s) by May 17th. After May 17th, rooms will be charged at full price. I want to extend my Trip and Visit Seattle, what do I need?
Answer
If you want to explore WA we highly recommend turning your trip out west into a vacation! There is so much to do in our state. We encourage friends and family to plan their own vacations around our wedding, whether that is coming a few days early to explore before the wedding or staying a few days late. Need recommendations of things to do, visit our "things to do page". We highly recommend planning to get a rental car. Seattle is a city surrounded by many bodies of water (lots of bridges) and a car will allow you to zip around as for North, West, or South as you wish! Our venue provides valet parking service for the night of the event.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
If flying, please arrange to fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). You will need to arrange either a rental car or Lift/Uber to your hotel. All wedding party guests will need to arrive by the evening of Friday the 17th. Amara and Austin will be reaching out to you directly for further details on the schedule.

What is the weather like?
Answer
Typically WA in June ranges from 60-70 degrees. We recommend packing layers. A light jacket or cardigan to carry around when the temperature dips are all you need!

What do I need if I want to access the state or national parks?
Answer
If visiting state parks you will need a day of state park pass or an annual discovery pass. You can purchase whichever of your choice here: https://store.discoverpass.wa.gov/. If visiting Mt. Rainer, the most economical plan is to purchase your pass in advance. You can do so here: https://www.recreation.gov/sitepass/74289

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
All of our invites referred to guests by name. If you did not receive a guest, we would prefer you come solo or tag along with someone you know who is also invited to the wedding.
