Is the wedding still happening with Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

Answer

Currently we are hoping to still have the celebration! Our wedding and reception will still occur as planned, just at a later date as you can see. We want everyone to feel comfortable and more than understand if you do not want to travel. We will feel your support from afar!

When should I RSVP? What if I cannot come?

Answer

If you are able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible or by July 1st at the latest! You can RSVP on this website or mail in your RSVP card. If you cannot come, you will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to dress up and wear your favorite formal attire. All events will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? The reception?

Answer

The bridal procession will begin at 2:30 so we kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early to start mingling. There ceremony and reception are about 25 minutes apart. We recommend allotting extra time to account for traffic and parking. The cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm with appetizers and drinks and the call to dinner is at 6:15pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony has free parking at the church. There are parking recommendations on the back of the reception card on your invite. The attached parking garage to Indiana Roof Ballroom (Embassy Suites hotel garage)costs $28. For free parking overnight, you can park at August Mack Environmental and take a quick Uber to the reception. The address is 1302 N Meridian St.

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What happens after the ceremony? What can I do before the cocktail hour?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom are going to take additional photos. Feel free to check into your hotel room at this time or check out some of the suggested places below until the cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm - Tastings: A Wine Experience – wine bar across the street from the reception - Bakersfield on Mass Ave – tacos and margs 4 minutes from reception and where the happy couple had their first date! - Embassy Suites Lobby Bar – friends and family are encouraged to come have a drink with his and her parents while waiting for the cocktail hour!

Do you have hotel blocks? Where should I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have secured rooms at discounted rates at the following hotels! Mention the Fiedler/Petriko wedding when booking as soon as possible to receive your discount. The bride and groom, as well as parents and bridal party are staying at the Hyatt Place. - Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown - Courtyard Indy Downtown Marriott - Embassy Suites Downtown Hilton

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:30 with an “unhosted” after party at a place to be determined.

Are there other wedding events I am invited to?

Answer

The bridal party and family will be having fun the night before at Wolfies Bar and Grill Geist location if you are in town starting at 8:30pm! Otherwise we are having a casual backyard brunch at Ali’s parents’ house on Sunday, August 2 to continue the party. The address is 10706 Baybridge Way Fishers, Indiana 46040. Stop by for some food and to see the couple one last time!
