Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, so plan to arrive by 4:30 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! 🥺 If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate so on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly! If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify one of us as soon as you are aware!

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 27th, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to the amount of children already in our immediate family, we kindly request that only immediate family children attend, if your children have been invited your invitation will be address as “ your name & family” or “the _____ family” ! We thank you for understanding! We encourage you to use this invitation as a date night! ☺️

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(your name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”, we have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! In fact, we will have film cameras on all guests tables and we encourage you to snap your own point of views, so that we can have those captured memories to keep for years on end as well! ☺️ (we will develop them and share them with you ASAP after the wedding) 😊

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal! Bridesmaids will be in Emerald Green. Accent colors are other moody jewel tones!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, the dinner and reception will be held indoors with some outdoor areas to hang out as well!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The beer and wine is on us! Hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking! We kindly ask that you do not bring your own alcohol, as our venue has a strict policy against beverages.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available. Someone will be directing parking and there will be signs to help! Overnight parking is available, but your vehicle will need to be moved by 7 AM the next morning. Again, please arrange for transportation if you plan on drinking! This is very important to us!

Are the Ceremony & Reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything is on the same property!
