CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. The people listed on the envelope of the invitation are the people invited to our wedding. Any requests to replace guests invited with other guests or any questions regarding those invited should be directed towards Austin and I. We want to ensure that everyone will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

As the above answer states, only those addressed on the envelope of the invitation are invited to our wedding. With the exception of our two nephews being ring bearers for the ceremony, no children will be permitted at the reception. This is strictly an adult only event. We hope you use this evening for a fun, date night!

WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

The dress code is dressy-casual. Meaning please no tank-tops or shorts. For women, sundresses would be perfect. For men, slacks or nice jeans with a button down shirt would look great! These are just ideas, please wear whatever you think will be not only appropriate but comfortable!

ARE THERE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A HOTEL IF I CANNOT DRIVE HOME?

Answer

Yes! There are 15 rooms blocked at the Best Western, Westminster that are now able to be booked at a discounted rate. These rooms are at a first come, first serve basis and will be open to the public 45 days before the wedding. This means if you think you will be needing a room after the wedding, PLEASE book it as soon as possible. There are no other arrangements in place so please plan accordingly. If you need any help please let us know!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 pm. With that being said, to ensure timely parking and finding a seat, we recommend that you strive to arrive at the venue between 3:30 and 3:45. There will be individuals strictly enforcing the start time and if you are not seated by 4:00 sharp unfortunately you will not be able to attend the ceremony. Of course, you will still be able to attend the reception. Please do your best to make it on time, we would love everyone we care about to be able to witness our marriage.

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, drinks will start to be served during cocktail hour and will continue to be served until just before the conclusion of the reception. It will be an open bar. We have provided hotel arrangements but it will be your responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the venue. We recommend designating a driver or car pooling with other guests who will be fine to drive after the wedding. Please be responsible, seriously.

IS THE CEREMONY UNPLUGGED?

Answer

Absolutely. We want everyone to be present in our ceremony and not distracting others or obstructing their view with your phones and cameras. We fully trust that our photographer and videographer will sufficiently capture every special moment at our wedding. Cell phones and cameras could throw off the professional pictures and both our photographer and videographer have asked us to relay this message. An announcement will be made prior to the start of the ceremony for everyone to silence and conceal all electronic devices. Thank you so much for cooperating and understanding!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTERY?

Answer

There is a tab on this website that says "registry" and it has the link to our amazon registry. There is not much on it however since we already have our home and pretty much everything we need! We are planning a honeymoon to Sedona, AZ after the wedding and any gift toward that would be more then appreciated! The registry is available for anyone insisting on giving a tangible gift. We are grateful for anything we receive!

WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! An ample amount of time will be given to RSVP therefore no RSVP will be understood as a declination. Please let us know! Also, if you know at the time that you receive the "Save the Date" that you will be unable to attend the wedding, no hard feelings just please let us know right away so other guests can take your place.

What does the menu for the reception look like?

Answer

We are having a buffet style wedding catered by Beefalo Bob's. There will be freshly smoked meats (ham, turkey, pit beef and barbecue beef) along with an option of roasted chicken. The sides will be green beans, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Condiments and rolls will be served along with the meats. There will be 2 appetizers however they have not yet been chosen.
