When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP if you are or are not attending by October 21st, 2025. It is important for us to communicate with our vendors the final headcount by this date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 2 pm. Please arrive at the church by 1:30 pm, thank you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire: Black tie preferred. We would love for our guests to go all out in Black Tie! Black tuxedos or black suits and gowns or long formal dresses are encouraged. We kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing the colors white and cream. Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing metallic satin emerald green dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding reception is an adult-only occasion. We encourage all parents to plan ahead and enjoy a kid-free night with us!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
There is no transportation provided to and from the church. Please arrange to drive or schedule rides. There is a parking lot available behind the church as well as street parking. For guests staying at the Fox Hollow, transportation will be provided to and from the reception venue, the Mansion at Oyster Bay. The bus has a seating capacity of 26 people and operates on a first-come first-serve basis. The bus will depart from the hotel to the reception venue at 5:40 pm. At the end of the reception, the bus will make trips to and from the Fox Hollow starting at 10:30 pm.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! Our hotel block is with the Fox Hollow. Call The Fox Hollow & mention the wedding of Alexa Georgeton or Austin McLoughlin to make your reservation. The Fox hollow requires credit card information to secure the room, but they will not charge your card until you check in. Each room has a king-sized bed with a queen pullout couch. Breakfast is included with your stay and transportation to and from the reception venue will be provided. Check in is at 3 PM and check out is 11 AM. Other hotels in the area are listed under the "Travel" tab. Please note that we do not have hotel blocks with these hotels and transportation to and from the reception venue is not provided from the other hotels listed.

Where can I go between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Answer
Please visit the "Things to Do" tab. We have recommended diners, coffee shops, and bars near the venue!
Question
Can I take photos & videos on my phone during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony and let our photographer & videographer work their magic. After that, snap away-photos and videos are encouraged at the reception!
