Austin and Alessia's story began in the 4th grade when Austin moved to town. After years of friendship, and countless attempts at flirting, Austin was finally able to seal the deal. From high school to college to the minor leagues, Austin and Alessia stood by each other, celebrating each others greatest accomplishments. Whether it’s their long-distance tv show dates or their quests to find the best food in town, their past 10 years as best friends have been full of incredible memories, exciting adventures and new friendships. The Proposal: "Less you look really pale". Yes, those were the romantic words that kickstarted one of the best weekends of my life. Austin had surprised me with a trip to the Bahamas and told me we would be attending a "white party" at one of my favorite restaurants, Nobu. I was given one week to cram as many tanning sessions and workout classes in and 27 white dresses later, I found the one. There, overlooking the beach with MARRY ME letters you could not miss, Austin got down on one knee and took my breath away. We are excited to celebrate our love surrounded by all our favorite people and can’t wait to make lasting memories together as we begin this new chapter in our lives!
