When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15th, 2026! If you do not RSVP in that time, we will have to assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we have to provide a final guest count to our vendors within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code or color to avoid?

Answer

Dressy casual. We invite you to dress up, but nice jeans are absolutely welcome! Please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream and emerald green!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to park, sign our guest book and find your seat!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site at Kleffner Valley!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your kiddos! However, due to limited space we can only accommodate children that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your children are invited, your wedding invitation will be addressed to your entire family, and their names will appear under yours when you RSVP!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors(fingers crossed)! Please note- the weather in September has proven unpredictable. We recommend dressing accordingly. Beginning of the reception will be indoors but the barn doors will open later into the night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let one of us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly with our caterer!
