When should I RSVP by?

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you! Please RSVP by August 15, 2025, to let us know if you'll be joining us. Your response will help us finalize our plans and ensure a wonderful celebration for everyone.

Can I bring a date?

If you did not receive a plus one on your invitation, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate our guest list and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 4:30 p.m. to ensure the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. We look forward to sharing this beautiful moment with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re thrilled to invite you to a fun night out as we celebrate our wedding! This is a special evening for parents to relax and enjoy, so we kindly ask that kids do not attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Guests are welcome to book accommodations at any hotel of their choice for our wedding. However, we have reserved a block of rooms at La Quinta Inn & Suites. To take advantage of this offer, please use the booking code GS092525AWP when booking through the direct link under the Travel tab. Please note that the room block will be released on August 25, 2025, so be sure to book by then to secure your stay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites to transport you directly to the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and will return at 11:00 p.m. to bring guests back to the hotel. Please note that the shuttle will not be running during the ceremony or reception, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly to ensure you don’t miss a moment of the celebration!
