Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:oopm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:00pm but no later than 2:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.
Unfortunarely we cant accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciare your underscanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
We are making our wedding a child free night to come and relax and let your hair down! Anyone over 16 is allowed.
We encourage our guests to dress their best! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or shirts. Our bridesmaids will be in floor lengch dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits for reference! We have dictated black tie on the invites but you can wear color just follow a black tie standard to dress to impress!
We have setup two room blocks for our guest, you can find this information under the travel tab! You are not required to stay at these hotels but please note we are having a shuttle pickup and drop off for anyone staying at those specific hotels. Anyone not staying at one of the two hotels are responsible for their own transportation. The venue has agreed to let cars sit overnight until 9am at the latest if you choose to drive there but can’t drive home. The venue is centrally located blocks from the beach and downtown so plenty of options in walking distance.
Yes & No Our ceremony will be a phone free event as we have paid a great deal of money for a photography team of professionals to capture our day in the best way possible. We will have a brief moment during the ceremony where we will allow pictures to be taken and then asked for phones to be put away again. Cocktail & reception are fair game and we encourage you take pictures as you will see in our design aspects we want as many memories of the night as possible. ***with that being said we do ask that you refrain from posting any pictures of either Austin or Nate until they have had the chance to post Theo professional sneak peaks about 48 hours after the wedding.
YESS!! The bar opens at 2:00pm for you to get a cocktail upon arrival to enjoy during the ceremony! We will also have two bars throughout the night and a live champagne wall! We are having signature cocktails thought out the night as well as wine, beer, champagne, & non alcoholic options. Shots & outside liquor is not permitted and will be trashed if seen.
For the ceremony pick any seat you’d like as long as it doesn’t say reserved. For the reception they’re will be a seating chart for you to know exactly where to sit! This will also help our catering team to ensure you get the correct food!
We will be making our grand exit at 10pm and will be leaving during that exit as we are not don’t a fake grand exit. You have until 11 to be picked up by the trolley or find your way back!
