Answer

If a guest is invited with a plus-one, it will be indicated on the invitation.

Will the reception venue accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! There will be a vegetarian meal option, and gluten-free dessert options as well. When you RSVP, there’s a question where you can indicate any dietary restrictions, so we can make sure your meal is accommodated.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to enjoy the day and capture memories, but please be respectful of everyone around you. If you’re seated near an aisle, avoid leaning into it to take photos or videos so that all guests can see and our professional photographers and videographers can do their work.

Will there be transportation between the hotels and ceremony venue?

Answer

No, there won’t be a shuttle, but the ceremony location is less than a 5-minute walk from the Marriott Syracuse Downtown - super close! It’s also an easy walk from the Residence Inn (about 10 minutes). Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Answer

All wedding events are indoors, so rain or cold weather won’t affect the celebrations. If rain is in the forecast, toss an umbrella in your bag and you’ll be good to go!
