When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon. Please see the Registry tab for more information!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We expect to start the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm, so please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance to get settled in your seats.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. Please note that our ceremony will be outside on grass, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear. We will have heel protectors on site if needed. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have accommodations arranged at three hotels in the area. Please refer to the Travel section for more information!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! The venue is very accommodating to dietary needs. Please note any requests or concerns within the RSVP form in the dietary restrictions response.

In which ballroom does the wedding take place?

Answer

We are getting married in the Waterford Ballroom at Saint Clements Castle. There are three different ballrooms on the estate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on-site at Saint Clements Castle. Attendants can help you find your way to the Waterford Ballroom & Ceremony space upon your arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have guest shuttle buses to and from the three hotels listed in the Travel section of our website. We will share specific timing of pick-up and drop-off as we get closer to the wedding date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation and the names listed under your party on the RSVP site for children over two years old. If you have a child under two years old that is not listed and needs to attend, please reach out to the bride or groom.
