A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc for the evenings of Friday through Sunday. Guests are welcome to reserve accommodations for one or both nights. Reservations may be made using the booking link provided below. If you prefer, you may also contact the hotel directly and reference the Engelhardt–Higgins Wedding Block to secure the group rate. The room block is open until April 9th.

An additional block of rooms has been reserved at the TownePlace Suites Oconomowoc for the evenings of Thursday through Sunday. Guests are welcome to reserve accommodations for one or more nights. Reservations may be made using the booking link provided below. If you prefer, you may also contact the hotel directly and reference the Engelhardt–Higgins Wedding Block to secure the group rate. The room block is open until April 7th.

Shuttle

May 9, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be a shuttle service provided to get our guests safely TO and FROM the reception. The shuttles will be ready to pick up guests up from each hotel (Townplace/Hilton Garden Inn) starting at 4:00pm. The shuttle will take multiple trips to ensure guests can arrive to cocktail hour in a timely manner. The guests will be able to take the shuttle service back to the two hotel blocks starting at 9:00 PM until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. ***NOTE: There is no transportation provided to the ceremony. It is recommended that guests drive to the ceremony, and then leave their vehicles at the designated hotels and use the shuttles for cocktail hour/reception transportation.
