Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Jordan Gasperecz

Matron of Honor

Jordan and I have been friends since the 1st grade and we are both very thankful for our glow-ups. I had the pleasure of serving as Jordan’s Maid of Honor when she got married to her husband Ian back in 2015. I am thrilled she is finally able to return the favor. I am also looking forward to the day I can call her for legal advice or to bail me out of jail.

Sean & Kamren Bernhardt

Best Men

The beauty and the brains of our family (you can decide which is which), they lead up the dream team of groomsmen as my Co-Best Men. These guys are like my "brothers from another mother", but even closer than that, because it's actually the same mother. They've been through it all with me and always have my back through good and bad, and they have treated Emma as part of the family since day one. Glad they will be up there with us when we make it official!

Tara Edgens

Maid of Honor

Tara and I met at Baton Rouge High, and bonded over a mutual fear of our Art teacher. We have had many adventures together, including moving to Boston after college. Tara had the pleasure of witnessing Austen and I on our first date. It was a double date, third row from the Celtics court. None of us can remember if the Celtics or the Rockets came out on top, but we can all agree we were the real winners. She's been the best third wheel we've ever had. I am very thankful to have this murderino soul sister with me on my wedding day.

Nathan Liberti

Groomsman

My cousin Nate was born about 3 months after me, and we were pretty much inseparable right off the bat. Throughout our childhood we did everything together - getting in fights with other kids, giving each other terrible advice about girls we liked, playing travel soccer, getting overly competitive in everything we do, etc. It only makes sense he be up there with us during the wedding!

Kate Robinson

Bridesmaid

Kate and I met at Baton Rouge High, but became friends on a senior year beach trip. We share a mutual appreciation for bread pudding and road trips. Don’t let that scary pic fool you, Kate is the best gal pal around. She is always ready to let me know when I am making some questionable decisions, but we’re all thankful Austen met her seal of approval. Here's hoping she breaks out her signature moves on the dance floor.

Tom Romano

Groomsman

A lot of folks said my friendship with Tom wouldn't last once I moved to Georgia; we have been best friends as long as I can remember. They said things like "you can't tame a wild stallion" and "he's too cool to worry about a long-distance friendship". Boy did we prove them wrong!

Lena Lazar

Bridesmaid

Lena and I met as freshmen roommates at the University of Colorado. We spent four years tearing up the streets of Boulder, and decided to continue that streak all the way to Boston. She is credited as the “one who started it all” since she introduced us back in January 2014. Despite telling me several times that I would like Austen, I really didn't believe her. Luckily she dragged me and Tara to her Sunday bowling league, where Austen impressed me with his bowling talents. We are thrilled to have her in our wedding crew.

Steven West

Groomsman

I met Steven when I was a freshman in college at Georgia Tech. We quickly realized we have the same sense of humor and have been great friends ever since. Steven made annual trips to Boston when Emma and I lived there, and was one of my first friends to give her the stamp of approval! Even Sheldon likes him, so you know he is a great dude.
